In this session we will focus on using the EMBL-EBI's biodiversity Portals and the ENA to explore and retrieve open biodiversity data.

By the end of this session you will be able to:

1. effectively search and retrieve data from the DToL data portal
2. effectively search and retrieve data from the ENA

Prerequisites

1. Basic Linux terminal knowledge
2. Basic Docker knowledge
