- Structurally and functionally annotate a eukaryotic genome assembly with EASEL using protein and RNA extrinsic evidence
- Assess non-model genome annotation quality with BUSCO score, mono:multi-exonic ratio, and reciprocal BLAST annotation rate
- Address challenges with accuracy and efficiency for genome annotation
