Description¶
You will be introduced to the standard workflow on comparative genomics analysis, how to start a comparative genome study based on the CNGBdb datasets, and how to utilize CNGB's online analysis platform, CODEPLOT, and spatial transcriptomics database, STomicDB, to facilitate scientific discoveries.
